Payment is due before or when you come to your appointment.

We accept cash, sum-up card payment or revolut.

Please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand if you need to cancel.

Late cancellations or no-shows may mean a cancellation fee or losing your deposit.

Refunds depend on the booking terms.

Please tell us if you have any health concerns or allergies before your session.

We might have to refuse service if it’s not safe or suitable for you.
