Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique that works with the body’s natural energy to promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. By channeling universal life energy, Reiki helps clear blockages, reduce stress, and support the body’s own healing processes. It’s a holistic approach that nurtures physical, emotional, and spiritual health—offering calm, clarity, and renewed energy.
What to Expect During a Reiki Session
During a Reiki session, you’ll typically lie fully clothed in a comfortable, relaxing space. I gently place my hands either on or just above different areas of your body to channel healing energy. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation and some even experience emotional release or vivid sensations. The session is a peaceful time for your body and mind to reset and restore balance.
